The ProteoSpin™ Total Protein Concentration, Detergent Clean-Up and Endotoxin Removal Mini Kit is also highly efficient in removing many different salts commonly used in the laboratory including, but not limited to, MgCl2, NaCl, KCl, CaCl2, LiCl and CsCl. The simultaneous removal of salts while concentrating a dilute protein solution makes the kit convenient for preparing proteins before prior to downstream applications such as SDS-PAGE, X-ray crystallography, mass spectroscopy and other applications.The kit is also designed for the rapid removal of endotoxins from up to 200 mg of previously purified proteins or peptides, with protein recoveries of > 95% being achieved. This kit efficiently reduces endotoxin levels to ≤ 0.01 EU/mg of protein. Purified protein samples can be used in a number of downstream applications including sequencing, cloning, and in vitro and in vivo introduction into cells and organisms.

Strep-TactinXT 4Flow cartridges contain a 4% agarose coupled with the streptavidin variant Strep-TactinXT and are applicable for purification of Strep-tagII or Twin-Strep-tag fusion proteins with HPLC/FPLC devices like Äkta systems (Cytiva). Due to the broad pH compatibility, excellent pressure stability, outstanding target purity (>95%), and highest binding affinity, the resin is recommended for all protein classes, especially for low abundant or challenging proteins. The low concentrated agarose enables the simple attachment of larger proteins to the stationary phase, making it particularly suitable for purification of high-molecular-weight targets. In addition, Strep-TactinXT 4Flow allows the application of denaturing agents such as urea.
Biotium c-Myc(9E10.3), CF740 conjugate, 0.1mg/mL
The epitope of this antibody spans the Myc tag epitope, aa 410-419 (EQKLISEEDL), which is a specific portion of an alpha helical region of human c-myc protein. Because the epitope is located at the dimerization site of the protein, the antibody is not sensitive for detecting endogenous c-myc, making it suitable for detecting Myc tagged proteins or myc overexpression. This MAb shows no cross-reaction with v-myc. c-myc is involved in the control of cell proliferation and differentiation and is amplified and/or overexpressed in a variety of tumors. Strep-Tactin TACS Agarose contains agarose macrobeads coated with the streptavidin variant Strep-Tactin. A special crosslinking permits the use for cell isolation and depletion approaches. It was developed for column-based Traceless Affinty Cell Selection (Fab-TACS/Nano-TACS). In this approach, Fab fragments fused to a Twin-Strep-tag (Fab-Streps) or nanobodies (Nano-Streps) are bound to Strep-Tactin on the agarose matrix. After specifically capturing cells, Fab-/Nano-Streps are released from the Strep-Tactin Agarose by biotin addition. In this way, the eluted cells are ready for further downstream applications. The same principle is applicable for exosome isolation (Fab-TACS for exosomes). Alternatively to Fab-Streps/Nano-Streps, it is possible to bind Twin-Strep-tagged, desthiobiotinylated or biotinylated antibodies (irreversible binding) to this resin. This makes Strep-Tactin TACS Agarose also suitable for negative cell selection or depletion approaches.
